With 112 pitches – including 74 rentals and 38 bare pitches – enjoy a quality stay in the heart of the Truyère Valley, in the Cantal department.

Situated at an altitude of 730 metres, our campsite in Neuvéglise overlooks the Truyère Gorges carved out by the river of the same name, which rises at an altitude of 1,450 metres in the vast Margeride massif – our local Sancy massif – and is linked to Le Puy-en-Velay by the famous ‘Voie Royale’. Our establishment welcomes you with family or friends to the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park featuring an outdoor water park including a free, heated swimming pool, all at very affordable prices.

If you’d like to explore the Auvergne region around the campsite – from the famous Puy de Sancy to the Aubrac plateau, via the Haute-Loire and the village of Chamalières-sur-Loire – you’re sure to be captivated by the natural scenery after spending a few nights at our campsite. Make the most of the many hiking trails in Auvergne and the surrounding countryside by taking a stroll along the riverbank, in the mountains or by Lake Chambon, amongst other places, during your holiday.

Wi-Fi access

Due to the mountainous location of our site, satellite Wi-Fi is shared amongst users and allows you to access your emails and usual websites, but access to videos and large downloads such as online games, for example, will reduce the quality of the Wi-Fi and severely limit access for other users, and is therefore not recommended (a free zone around the restaurant is available for 30 minutes every 6 hours).

Our animal friends (accepted subject to conditions)

Pets are permitted on camping pitches, provided they are kept on a lead within the campsite grounds and their waste is collected. Walks should preferably take place outside the campsite.

Pets are not permitted in all rental accommodation. They are only accepted in Comfort category accommodation (see conditions and descriptions for each rental property).

For the comfort, safety and respect of everyone, pets are not permitted in public and communal areas such as the restaurant, swimming pool and toilet blocks. They are not allowed in the restaurant; they are permitted on the terrace only.

Toilet blocks

A service area for motorhomes and two toilet blocks are available on the campsite. In low season, you have access to a heated unit with 2 showers, 1 washbasin and a room for people with reduced mobility (including shower, washbasin and toilet) attached to the main toilet block, which is more energy-efficient.
