Le Belvédère campsite, located in the Cantal region, offers you these services open from April to September: the indoor swimming pool heated between 26 and 28°C, the gym, the sauna, the bar-restaurant and the bakery. The grocery shop is only open in July and August. Entertainment and a children’s and teenagers’ club are available from 7 July and 29 August 2025.
The Auvergne opens its doors to you at the Le Belvédère campsite where you will find the information and tourist circuits listed at the reception.
Opening hours Reception Low season ( from 12 April to 30 June and from 30 August to 19 September 2025): Every day from 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 3pm to 6.30pm.
Opening hours Reception High season (from 1 July to 29 August 2025): Daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Arrival times: In rental accommodation, we welcome you between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., on Saturdays and for a minimum of 7 days in high season and every day in low season, from 2 nights. From 2 p.m. for camping pitches in high season and 3 p.m. in low season.
For late arrivals, please advise us by telephone of your likely arrival time. The receptionists will have prepared for your arrival and an envelope with a key, map and inventory will be waiting for you at the reception door to welcome you. After a good night’s sleep, please come to reception the next day to finalise your arrival.
Early arrivals will be subject to a waiting period, you will have the possibility to access the campsite’s swimming pool for a short swim or sip a drink at the bar, to relax while the keys to your accommodation are handed over from 17:00 onwards. Accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 am. For camping pitches, they must be left clean by 12 noon. You will find all the tourist and practical information you need at the reception desk so that you can have a pleasant stay. Telephone : Emergency call at the reception – Mail : Mail to be dropped off at the reception, collected at noon. Wifi (Osmozis): Dedicated area, free of charge at the bar, restaurant, terrace and swimming pool: 30 minutes every 6 hours, with a code to be requested from reception staff. Paid zone on the rest of the Le Belvédère campsite: depending on your consumption, different paying packages are available (in shared connection, That’s right! It’s the Cantal). Wifi covers the entire campsite via a satellite connection for a fee (we are in a mountainous region). The connection is shared between users and allows you to access your usual e-mails and sites. Access to videos and heavy downloads such as online games, online television, for example, will strongly limit access to other users and is not recommended. Tip: for those who need to work, favour early morning hours. A free zone around the restaurant is available for 30 minutes every 6 hours. Access is by simply requesting a code from the reception desk. You will keep this code for the duration of your stay, which will be automatically renewed every 6 hours. A computer is at your disposal in the restaurant, library corner, with free access, without limitation, other than sharing with other guests, thank you. Wifi connection is available for a fee in the rentals and on the pitches. Payment online or on site by credit card.
From 1 July to 31 August, small convenience store where you will find fresh and general food products. Bread and Viennese pastries are made on site all year round. Camping Le Belvédère also has 2 sanitary blocks, a laundry, a petanque ground, a playground, a computer with internet access, a library (lending of books and board games), billiards, table football and a television in the bar room.
The Sauna is open for the bridges in the month of May and then from 1 July to 29 August 2025. (by reservation).
Session of 1 hours: 20 € for one person and 30 € for 2 people. Reservation 1 hour before the session, at the reception. Payment of the session at the time of booking. The key to the sauna is to be collected from the reception at the beginning of the session and returned to the reception at the end of the session (any excess is charged 5 € /10 minutes). Authorised from 15 years of age. Our sauna is located in the pool area. The cabin has 2 benches, a dry steam stove, a changing area with a chair, a coat hook and a clock. The shower is outside, facing the pool. The action of the heat in the sauna and the various hot-cold passages provide relaxing, purifying and muscular benefits. Holiday time is the best time to enjoy it ! A sauna session is very effective in combating stress, tension, accumulated toxins and relieves muscular pains and other aches and pains.
The weight room is open from 12 April to 19 September 2025. Every day from 10 am to 8 pm. The room is located in the swimming pool area, in a locked room. The key is to be collected from the reception and returned at the end of the session. Children are welcome in the room, but due to the presence of machines, it is compulsory that an adult is present in the room with children. The area is equipped with weight benches, dumbbells, 2 elliptical bikes, 1 treadmill, 2 Abdo Gain hulls, skipping ropes and a multi-function weight training machine.
