Reception desk

From your arrival, and during all your stay, we will be glad to welcome and assist you.
At the reception desk, you will find information about the region, classified touristic circuits, as well as numerous advices to spend pleasant holidays .
We pay a lot of attention to the quality of your stay, and will do our utmost to answer all your questions quickly and efficiently.
 

Opening hours - Off season :
Every day from 9 AM to midday and from 2 to 6 PM
En dehors de ces heures, vous pouvez vous adresser au chalet derrière la piscine
Opening hours - High season : July & August
Every day from 8.30 AM to midday and from 2 to 7.30 PM
Outside those hours, you may apply to the bar besides the reception desk.
 

 
 
 

Bar Snack Ice creams

Our bar and restaurant room : an area where conviviality is declined all day long, and where the summer evenings have the colours and tempo of festive and musical entertainments.

 
 

Opening hours (July and August) : every day from 8 Am to midnight (or even later in case of entertainment).

 
 
 

Grocery

For your comfort :
You will find there all necessary basic products, bread and Viennese buns (upon reservation the day before),
as well as (July and august) : fruits and vegetables, dairy products, delicatessen, local products,French and foreign newspapers..

July & August : opened every day from 8 AM to 12.30 and from 6 to 7.30 PM

Upon reservation the day before at the grocery's (July & August)

Phone cabs are located at the camping entrance
Phone cards on sale at the reception desk : Telecards and Mobicarte Orange

Mail service

You may deposit your mail at the reception desk. Departure time : 12.30

Internet connection

At the bar, access by card (on sale at the reception desk).

Swimming pool

Heated swimming pool Opened from June to September

Free access every day from 10 AM to 8 PM
The access is forbiden outside these yours, except in case of entertainement organized by the camping management.
 

Children are placed under their parents' responsability

 

Fitness room

Controlled and free access every day from 8AM to 8 PM
The fitness room is placed under the user's responsability and should be used
according the hygiene rules related to this kind of activity.
The fitness room should only be used by people above 18. Keys are available at the reception desk.

Sauna

Tyou will be charged for the access to the sauna area (1 to 3 people maximum) , Information and reservation at the reception desk.

Rental of boats (equipped with an engine)

For fishing, an escapade on the lake, or a picnic on the shore…
At Lanau landing stage, everyday from midday to 6 PM
Boats with 4 and 6 CV engines, no sailing licence necessary . 5 seats
Reservation at the reception desk.

 
 

Traffic in the camping site

The gate will be closed from 11 PM to 7 AM
For your holidays nights to be quiet :
The traffic within the camping site is forbidden between 11 PM and 7 AM , Vehicles will be parked near the bowl ground or on the left side of the camping entrance. We recommend you to be be carefull when driving inside the camping site during the day : drive very slowly to protect children and for everybody's comfort. .

Sanitary buildings

Mother/baby area in both sanitary buidings : this space is reserved for babies and for young children with their parents.
Dish washing area with warm water
Every shower and washbasin is equipped with warm water ;
Shower, washbasin and toilets specially equipped for disabled people in each building
Washing area : washing machine, drying machine and iron in the first sanitary building. Washbasin for clothes with warm water

Animals

Animals are welcome, kept on a leash and with an up to date vaccination record
This vaccination record will be requested upon arrival.
Animals should have a tatoo and an anti flea treatment.
